ONE HOUR CONSULTATION – Make the meeting scheduled by our team and please be prepared with sites that you like/dislike and special features that are most important to you and your company. Step 2 is being prepared for our call.
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE SENT – Our Team Prepares a high level statement of work that includes time line for project, pricing and deliverable. Payment arrangement and what the client will expect to see in Week 1, 2, 3, & 4 on smaller size projects.
CONTRACT AND DOWN PAYMENT RECEIVED – Review the Statement of Work, sign it and email it back. Be prepared to give half down and half at the end of the project. You’re one step closer to have Ramzy Dezigns increase your online web presence.
MOCK UPS SENT TO YOU – Round 1 & 2 of the mock up phase is next. Three design are delivered in Round 1. Once client finalizes the last image on Round 2, the team starts programming site. Most demo sites can be viewed by our clients in less than three weeks.
GO LIVE ON YOUR HOSTING AND DOMAIN – Finalize the project, port over the site to client server. Train the end users on how to make minor edits and changes. Last Payment Received. Follow up with the client in two months .
